The Mansion
Chamounix Mansion resides in a lush, wooded setting in Philadelphia’s beautiful Fairmount Park. The Mansion features a welcoming front and rear deck and patio. The first floor includes three large gathering rooms, each restored and furnished to 1850. The ground floor is improved with a large kitchen, dining room and game room. The Mansion can accommodate up to 40 overnight guests: The second floor includes an 8-person dorm and a 16-person dorm. The third floor includes a 5-person, 7-person and two 4-person dorms.
Accommodations
Sleeping accommodations are comfortable, air-conditioned dormitory-style rooms. Groups are provided with linens, towels, blankets and pillows.

There are total of 70 beds available: 40 in the Mansion and 30 in the Carriage House. The beds, with a 30” x 74” Bio-Pruf innerspring mattress, are in dormitory-style rooms, ideal for groups of 20 or more. For over 50 years, Chamounix has been the go-to Philadelphia destination for school groups, tour groups, religious and civic organizations. Chamounix’ gathering rooms and grounds are perfect for hosting retreats, group meetings and events.
