How do I get information about group reservations?

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

What do I need to check-in?

Group leader should contact Chamounix Mansion’s General Manager at Welcome@PHLMansion.org

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancelation Date: Sixty (60) days prior to reservation date.

A group’s deposit will be refunded for a cancelation made by the Cancelation Date. After the Cancelation Date, the deposit will be applied to the group’s new reservation date, as may be available.

Do you offer breakfast or food service?

Chamounix Mansion and Carriage House has approved caterers who can supply and serve on-site meals, as well as boxed meals to go. Both the Mansion and Carriage House have dining areas and full, self-service kitchens that are well-equipped. 

Is there a minimum/maximum age?

There is no maximum age. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or chaperone.

Where can I park?

During your visit, Chamounix provides ample free parking for groups’ vehicles, including vans and coaches. All vehicles must be registered with the General Manager.

Do you provide linens/towels?

Yes, we provide linens and towels to all guests.

Does the hostel have laundry facilities?

Yes, we have a washer and dryer in the Mansion, as well provide detergent. Each machine is $1.50.
